The Latvian Authorities have entrusted travel agency Con-Ex Latvia Tours Group with the accommodation arrangements for the NATO Summit meetings in Riga, Latvia. Accordingly, the media and press representatives may make their hotel reservations via Con-Ex Latvia Tours Group.

Taking into account the potentially high-demand for accommodation in Riga during the NATO Summit meetings in Riga November 28-29, 2006, early reservations are welcome and recommended.

The information on press and media accommodation and the deadlines for the relevant reservations will also be presented to media and press representatives via a media advisory that will be published and distributed in August, 2006.
