NATO Summit Latvia Press Center has started its work today so that media representatives are able to receive all the topical information on the upcoming meeting of NATO Heads of States and Government in Riga on 28-29 November. The Press Center is located within the office of Latvia's NATO Summit Task Force in Riga and media representatives are kindly welcomed to contact the NATO Summit Latvia Press Center in the following months until NATO Summit.

The Press Center will regularly provide media with information on arrangements involving the NATO Summit in Riga this November, answer media questions in the context of the Summit and help to arrange interviews.

The decision to hold the meeting of NATO Heads of States and Government in Riga was made in December 2005. As such, Riga will become the discussion center for international security for two days in November this year, where important decisions on NATO future development will be taken.
